Take a turn into one of the many side streets, where you find a large number of small shops managed by the owners which offer a selected choice of extravagant gifts for Christmas. Many of them like the optician Colibri at Wahmstraße or the pharmacy Löwenapotheke at Königstraße are located in impressive houses with a spectacular architecture and have an eye-catching interior.
History and modern art form a special atmosphere in the Hanseatic City of Lübeck. The ways are short and the offerings are varied. On every Advent Sunday the stores are open until 8 p.m. Many shops present their products in historic town houses or in salt warehouses from the Middle Ages.

No problem, just take your shopping bags to the presents’ and luggage bus parked at Mengstraße opposite the Buddenbrook-House. On Saturdays between 10. a.m. and 8 p.m. we keep your luggage and your shopping bags while you can enjoy your stroll through the Christmas markets even more.
